Transervice Logistics calls on Gregg Nierenberg to lead the company

Transervice Logistics Inc. has appointed Gregg Nierenberg CEO and President following the retirement of Company President Dennis Schneider and Executive Vice President Joseph Evangelist.
Most recently, Nierenberg was Senior Vice President of Fleet Services at Avis Budget Group, where he oversaw 400,000 commercial cars and trucks at 100 maintenance facilities.
At the same time, the company promoted Gino Fontana, to the position of director of operations to vice president of operations for its Berkeley division and Puerto Rico operations.

Schneider has been President of Transervice since 2011. He joined Transervice Lease Corp. as a junior employee and acquired the company in 1985 with a partner.
Evangelist joined the company in 2007 as Executive Vice President of Sales, Operations, People and Account Management.
