Delta Dawn When the Light Comes On Week 12

Jesus never ministers alone. He trains the DO-ers! Twelve doers became disciples; Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. Mark 16:16-20.

Three brave anglers, Peter, James and John, knew how to separate the good from the bad, how to catch, clean, present and market fresh and appetizing fish for everyone. These businessmen provided order, leadership, experience and example.

Matthew, a tax collector, understood the financial laws under Roman rule; know who to trust and who not to trust. A master of “situational awareness”.

Andrew and Philip, impatient at heart, sought to find not only himself, but whatever might be needed – like bread for 5,000. ‘All in’ right next to Jesus.

Nathaniel, Barthélemy and Jacques, the son of Alpheus, although misunderstood, simply trusted, obeyed, followed the Way; to attain knowledge, wisdom and understanding of his love. Their ears have heard and their hearts have responded to Jesus alone!

Fanatic Thomas and Simon, because of their upbringing, misunderstood the covenants of the Promise. Seemingly dubious, they searched for evidence of the Messiah. Yet they faithfully followed in Master’s footsteps. Immutable, honest seekers of truth.

Judas, unlike those in Galilee, came from Iscariot, a small town east of Jerusalem. He witnessed every healing miracle Jesus performed, walked every road he walked, heard every teaching he taught, even went on his own missionary journey with another disciple, confessing that he lacked nothing during the trip. Yet Judas died an unbeliever, a liar, a thief, a traitor.

Messiah Jesus calls us Family! John 15:15 He desired us before the foundation of the world, to live in his freedom, grace, and righteousness. He placed the power of the Holy Spirit in us as absolute proof of this relationship! See Acts & I John 4:11-13, 17

Beloved, we are exactly what our Lord requires today! Our individual and collective anointings make Satan shiver! A blood-bought church is perfectly equipped against corruption. As His Army of the Meek, the full Authority of Messiah is upon our offensive sorties to thwart, deflect, and delay the end-time tactical strategies of the enemy. Joel 2. Come! Let us be what He gave His life for us to be: The Glorious Church! Agree in faith, stand in line, stand arm in arm, shoulder to shoulder and back to back, striving for justice, mercy and freedom of worship! Pray for each other! Matthew 24 has arrived!

Faith is NOW! Why not accept Jesus as your personal Savior and Lord? Pray: “Jesus, come into my heart, cleanse me and use me for your purpose. Send Your Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues so that we can speak in perfect prayer anytime, any day. I am your maker! I am delivered from sin, healed in my body, prosperous in my finances, and in love with my family! Thank you! I make you my Lord, in the name of Jesus! AMEN!” John 3:16. 17
