A native of San Franciscan and a longtime resident of the Mission Terrace district, Jeannette was born January 26, 1938. She graduated from ICA High School and then from San Francisco College for Women (Lone Mountain).

She was a dedicated and caring mother, reading to her children when they were young and taking annual family trips to Disneyland and Lake County. His monthly field trips were the highlight of the school year for many fourth graders. She taught generations of families during her 35-year teaching career and continued to teach catechism in St. John’s Parish even after her retirement and volunteered to do liturgical readings. and deliver the sacrament to those confined to the home. Her faith sustained her throughout her life.

She enjoyed cheering on her two favorite sports teams, the 49ers and the Giants, for several decades, accumulating many memories along the way. She was a member of the Italian American Social Club and was its secretary. She also enjoyed traveling across the United States with her daughters, then overseas to the Holy Land, Europe and Canada with her religious group.
