THIRD AND FOURTH GRADE BIBLE BREAKFAST

The third grade students, along with their families, teachers and the recent 4th grade First Communion Class graduates will enjoy breakfast together on June 13th. They will gather for food and fellowship while learning interesting facts about the Bible. This will also be the time when the 3rd graders will each receive their own Bible which they will use during their turn as First Communion Class students in September.

The CE Committee will hold their annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper in the Mardi Gras style on Tuesday, Feb. 16th. Join us for some good food, and most of all, fellowship and fun! Face painting and mask-making activities will be available for the children. It's sure to be a fun family event! Tickets are $5.00 per person with a $20 family cap.

Pilgrim Congregational Church, 26 West Street, Leominster, will present a “Living Christmas Pageant” at 9:30 AM, Sunday, December 13th in the church sanctuary. The Pageant will be comprised of children and young adults from the Sunday school classes. Sunday school classes will not be held, but childcare for age infant to two years will be available. THANKSGIVING PAGEANT

Children in grades Pre-K through 4 will participate in a Thanksgiving mini-pageant during the Children’s Moment on November 22nd. They will proceed up the aisles wearing pilgrim hats and carrying canned goods to donate to the food pantry. They’ll then perform a song they’ve been rehearsing during Sunday school and a prayer will be read by members of the Confirmation class.

Planning is in its last stages for the annual Fall Women’s Retreat at Craigville Conference Center. Please call Beth Ortega or e-mail her with any questions. The women will leave Friday afternoon, Nov. 20 and will return on Sunday, Nov. 22nd.

Vacation Bible School will meet daily this week from 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Closing Ceremonies will be held Friday evening, August 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary.

Tuesday, February 24th from 5:30-7:00 P.M. The CE Committee will again sponsor the annual Pancake Supper in the Mardi Gras style. Join us for the three B's: Breakfast, Beads and Bells. The Rainbow Ringers will entertain. Audience participation will be "gently" encouraged, so bring your appetite, and adventerous nature with you! Please sign the list on the Opportunity Table.

Christmas Eve Services at Pilgrim Congregational Church
Pilgrim Congregational Church, 26 West Street, Leominster, hosts a “Family Christmas Eve Service” at 5:00 PM in the sanctuary. Participants are comprised of a variety of ages. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend.

A Traditional Candlelight Service with Communion begins at 10:00 PM with Reverend Dr. Keith C. Alderman conducting the service. Special music, under the direction of Music Director Janice Bond, will contribute to this most inspirational service. Join us to celebrate the Christ Child’s birth.
