Provincial House

The Pilgrim Church was built in 1960 as the provincial house of the Pilgrim Church Sisters of Mary and later expanded to become a conference and pilgrimage center. Our provincial house is home to the sisters from North, East and Central Germany. The province is assigned to a region in India.

We sisters practice - individually or in community - different professions: such as pedagogical professions, parish, sick and elderly pastoral care, nursing professions, manual, commercial and housekeeping professions, occupational therapy, educational educational work with young people and adults in the Pilgrim Church Movement and on the diocesan Pilgrim Church Centers. The community has a girls' junior high school in Ohio and a junior high school and high school in Vallendar; several schools and kindergartens in India where young people receive Christian education in the spirit of our pedagogy.
The Marienfried House is attached to the Pilgrim Church with a nursing station for our elderly and sick fellow sisters.

Would you like to get to know us better?

You are cordially invited to visit our center.
